Orb or Not?

This picture was taken by me during Halloween 2003. Now, the story behind this is simple. A few miles down the street in the near background where this picture was taken. A man tried to kill his girlfriend, but failed eventually committing his own suicide by jumping in front of an oncoming train. Now, the night I took this picture, it was very dry, no rain and very little moisture at all. Taken with a digital camera. Now, what do you think? Orbs or not? If you are an expert in the field, please drop me a line or simply post in our forum. MYSTERIOUS BIRD DEATHS....SOLVED

Many of you have being hearing about a mysterious incident that happened a few weeks ago on a golf course in the Toronto where several (40 to be exact) dropped dead or were dying for no apparent reason. Well, after extensive tests were done at a nearby lab in the neighbouring Guelph area came up with the results. Of course it was no mystery after all, but the result of the accidental use of a poison normally used to scare off birds. The poison in question was one called Avitrol and used in small doses would only make the birds sick and scare them off. In this case, the dosage was much higher as a result, killing the birds within minutes of digesting it.
